We Use State-of-the-Art Equipment & Tools:

1. Haas VF-3 and a VF-2 CNC vertical machining center with a working envelope of 40” x 20” x 25” on it’s XYZ axis. These machines are equipped with 4 Kurt bi-lock vises, through tool coolant and a 24 socket automatic tool changer.
2. Haas SL-30 and an SL-20 turning center with 10” hydraulic chucks, 12 position turrets, programmable tail stocks and through door parts catchers with a working envelope of 11” x 34” on it’s diameter and turn length axis respectively.
3. The turning centers are interfaced to Haas “Servo bar 300”, multi bar feeders with 2½” diameter through spindle capacity.
4. All machining centers are supported with in-house CAD CAM for tooling and part design and programming.
5. CAD software has 3-D solid modeling capabilities which we use to design and manufacture complex three dimensional parts.

Our shop is also equipped with hand tools (a surface grinder, drill press, arbor press, belt and disc sander, vertical band saw) and other necessary equipment to support production and quality control.

CNC Machined, Outboard Jet UHMW PE Intakes. The oem cast aluminum intake is a great product. However, it's design is locked into the casting or molding making improvements costly to implement. Our re-design of the intake has integral fins to help lessen cavitation, specifically for boats with tunnel hulls. We recommend partial fin removal for non tunnel hull boats.
